Description

Macsound Prof - Sound-absorbing, vibration-insulating, sound-insulating material.

Material sheet size: 200 x 100 cm, thickness 5 mm.

It consists of pieces of acoustic polyurethane foam, rubber, and reinforced fabric.

It is a uniformly porous elastic material with an open small pore, due to which sound energy is absorbed and converted into heat.

Depending on the placement and design, it is used to absorb airborne and acoustic noise, as well as to significantly reduce impact and structural noise.

Suitable for absorption and isolation of low, medium and high frequencies.

Eliminates the effect of rattling and “box resonance”.

Prevents the formation of sound bridges.

Macsound prof 5 mm is ideal for laying under laminate flooring, eliminating impact noise.

Used as insulating pads, bumpers, and to protect transported cargo from damage, for example when transporting glass or antiques.

Macsound as a sound absorbing material is effective in absorbing the entire audible and perceptible spectrum of sound frequencies.

More effective than acoustic mineral wool due to its density of 60 to 300 kilograms per cubic meter, it allows you to save space and does not crumble.

Suitable for interior use.

Large thicknesses of MacsoundProf (from 10 mm) are used for soundproofing walls and ceilings.

Absorbs impact noise from neighbors.

Easy to install and cut, unlike cotton wool, does not emit dust.

  • Acoustic foam can change color when exposed to ultraviolet rays.
  • Delta E acoustic foam color error ≦ 5 in CIELAB color space. The color of the panels may differ slightly when joined.
  • The color hue of acoustic foam from different shipments may sometimes vary slightly, without affecting its sound absorbing properties
  • Up to 1% of the acoustic foam surface is covered in pores, which are significantly larger than standard pores.
  • You can choose to ship the acoustic foam in compressed form, which will reduce the cost of its delivery by about 2/3, however, in order for the foam to return to its original shape, it will take at least 48 hours ( usually) and up to 10 days.
