Shipping Details

Our international deliveries are handled via standard economy shipping, with delivery times ranging between 10 and 35 business days depending on the destination.

• USA & Canada: approx. 10–30 business days
• Europe: approx. 10–30 business days
• Australia & Oceania: approx. 20–35 business days

While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed due to factors outside our control.

Easy Returns

We securely package all items, but should any product arrive damaged, simply contact us and we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

• Eligibility: Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return Process: Please contact our support team before sending anything back. We'll provide instructions for returning the item.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We accept cancellations only before the item has been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may proceed with a return after delivery.
